At Trinity Family Dental, we can place veneers in as little as two appointments. Your first visit will begin with a routine oral examination to help us determine if veneers are the best option for you. During this time, our dental team will ensure you are aware of all available treatments and explain the necessary steps of the veneer placement procedure.

Once we have determined that veneers are the right choice, we will begin preparing your teeth for the treatment. With the help of mild anesthesia, Dr. Shen will remove a fine layer of enamel from each tooth, ensuring that the veneer fits correctly. This allows the veneers to be placed directly onto the tooth without feeling unnatural or bulky.

When all the teeth have been prepared, we will take 3D images of your teeth using our dental imaging technology. These images are then sent off to a partner lab where your veneers will be crafted to fit your teeth.

It normally takes about 2-3 weeks for the veneers to be made. During this time, we’ll place a temporary set of veneers on your teeth so that you can carry on with your daily routine.

At the second appointment, your custom veneers will be permanently placed over your teeth. Our team will ensure that they are the right color, shape, and size before applying them with a dental adhesive. Once the veneers are set, you can walk out with a perfectly new smile!
